One more thing: keep playing now closer to the black keys. You are strong enough and you can!

Hello, everyone!
"Aria", by Daniel Speer is such a wonderful and melodious piece!
I chose it for Maia to learn not only for its beauty, but also because it puts both hands to serious work (hence the coordination must be perfect) and because it combines flat and sharp keys (so she can practice what Hellene advised her to do last week, namely to play closer to the sharp ones).
She still practices to keep her hands in a "round" shape while playing
.
So, here she is playing with teaching video and metronome:
With teaching video and no metronome:
And by herself:
Have a nice weekend, you all!

Hello, everyone!
We fell in love with "The Doll's Grief", so we both learned it (Maia better than me).
Here she is playing it with the teaching video:
Here alone:
And here, she insisted on playing it with "the bells":

Camelia, Maia. I enjoyed listening to Maia's playing very much!
Maia, you improved a lot! You play the piece smooth with a nice sound. You keep the rhythm.
Thank you so much for sharing your videos with us! BTW, the bells sound great!
I so wish to hear some happy song too! Love you!

Dear Hellene, Maia genuinely loves you so, so much.
Every time she feels it is hard, she remembers how much she wants to make you proud of her. So, all her progress is "because" of you, your love and care for the little ones in the Soft Mozart Academy!
We have to thank you and wish you good health and strength to make all your dreams come true.
Thank you, thank you!
P.S. She plays the bells and keeps her foot on the pedal, that's why her posture is not quite the correct one.
