I was looking around the forum and there are some black cat, white cat, mouse stickers that can be printed on the sharable section that might be useful for helping him with the chromatic scale since it's so challenging.
I did not post for a while (I am kind of lazy to add scores to computer, I wish there is "automatic" way)
but we still practice every day.
We moved to First Step album, however I am not sure what songs we should practice as there is no teaching videos for this album. So I random picked some to practice. What songs can we practice?
We also practice P5 by playing some songs that Ivan is familiar with so he can know the difference of notes (half note, whole note...). From 4 to 5 is big jump for Ivan. In 4, every note looks same but 5 shows different notes and Ivan thought each note(half and whole) is different even if they are in the same line/space. I help him to count so he can understand the note. Maybe I should buy a book to study some music theory with him. Do you have suggestion for this?
One thing I notice, some songs have pause, we don't see pause so Ivan was confused and forgot to stop sometimes. I saw he watched butterfly for a while so I count with him and remind him the place can't play.

1. I am developing a software to help me to enter scores and generate report. It saved me some time.
2. We practice White and Black Cat and Three Sisters for a while. Prep Level B does not mention but I am thinking maybe we can start to practice Do-Major.
3. Ivan does not like to play other games directly but we used the games to do ear training. He told me what he heard and I played it.
4. Ivan studies full time preschool so he only used little time to practice daily. Sometimes he is too tired to concentrate. Even so, I can still see his progress in piano and I hope this can help his learning in preschool.

I won't be surprised, if he is developing the perfect pitch!

With Soft Mozart children 'practicing' 24-7, because first and foremost we 'install' concrete skills. For example, if you once learned how to ski, you will never forget. As for the school: I have no doubts that your child will be the best student in class.

Sorry for asking (I didn't have time to check all the recital performers yet): did you place your child's videos in our recital section?
1. The software can check the install location of softmozart and read all album folder and lmz files.
So it has interface to select album and songs, date/time and input scores. Then I can generate report csv file from the software. It is very rough software and just help me to reduce some time to input song name and organize the scores. I don't know how to add picture in the post. 2. He did show his ability to tell the correct notes from the game.
