Dear Liliana,
Thank you very much for your wonderful performance on our graduation recital!
Your piano progress is very exciting for all of us, Soft Mozart teachers and learners.
For decades I was thinking of creating gentle, soft, not invasive, organic approach in teaching music and you helped me to understand that we are on the right path.
Soft Mozart didn't teach you, how to touch the piano, what is the piano technique or how you should or shouldn't express yourself musically. All of your skills developed organically through a lot of experience, sight-reading, ear-training and interactive theory. I always knew that all people have God's given talents for music making. When we overcome basic problems with eye-focus, fine motor skills and coordination development, we are getting more and more room for music appreciation, artistry, performance and creation.
You performed piano pieces from different epochs and genres. The character of each piece was expressed differently, with different piano touch. You have deep inner understanding of music as language and this is the solid foundation for the rest of your education. I can't find more valid point for growth as this one. Personal motivation, active involvement in music making, proper training based on golden rules will bring you long way in music and life.
I am going to send you the certificate and gift shortly.
My congratulations to you, your parents and your wonderful sisters!
I am looking forward to see you participating in our 'Butterfly Ball' in December - January.
