We've been doing R2 and L2 until no mistakes and then moving to P2, then doing P4, P5 and hopefully moving to P6. Are you suggesting he should play each sight reading song on R, L and P each day, or just going back to R, L each time you increase a level?

Linzy, try to avoid playing the same pieces on different visual presentations on the same day. He will memorize music and will use muscle memory as point of support.

For more pieces I would go to 'First steps' Album. There are many of them and they are not having a lot of challenge for coordination. But if some pieces will *watch the time on right - it has to be less than amount of notes played* - if it is too large - ask to read just Right or Left hand separately.

With the sight reading is like with reading: random selection is a +

To help with the singing in Solfegio I took our letter cardboard slide and folded it in half so the letters were on the inside. I then printing out the Solfegio images, cut them out and pasted them on the cardboard. I colored them the way the letters had been, added the Solfegio names and laminated the whole thing with packing tape. Hopefully that helps with the singing tomorrow.
