All students of the Soft Mozart Academy who have been nominated for Diplomas and/or Distinction Badges are kindly asked to submit an official request for issuing and mailing their documents.

To ensure proper verification and processing, please send your request through your teacher or curator to [email protected]
Please include in your request:

The level you have successfully completed

A link to your learning diary

The full name of the diploma recipient in your native language

The full name in Latin script (as it should appear on the Diploma)

The complete postal address for delivery

Information about the Distinction Badges the student already has (Queen Tonic Medal, Guard Badge, Maid of Honor Medal, Subdominant Medal/Order, Dominant Order, Avdrug Medal, etc.)
