Ildico, I have had great success with a team viewer session from another company. It is very clever for those of us who find this stuff a bit challenging at times. They can take over you computer ( with you watching) and diagnose and fix the problem, remotely. It is a low stress option for you that will result in a solution!

I have uninstalled the 7 zip ,but it still does not work.I would like that one of your programmers take a look at it,as soon as possible for you.(tomorrow afternoon,the day after tomorrow,just let me know when and at what hour according to Italian time.)Thank you.
