Hello, Dasha!
Thank you very much for participating in our recital! I want to thank your teacher Olga Kolesnikova for submitting your video in our Academy.
You did a very good job in learning pianoI You played your piano pieces with and without music score, with separate and both hands. You performance was in front of many people and I admire your courage and your concentration: you didn't get lost and was completely focused on your performance.
It is an excellent skill to have not just in music, but in life in general! Go, Dasha! Play more recitals! You CAN!
My suggestions for you would be to learn more piano pieces by heart now. You built you fingers awareness, both hand coordination, eye-hand coordination. 'Santa Lucia' video showed me that now you are ready to the next step: more memorisation. I think that you also can start polishing some of your piano pieces with TEACHING VIDEOS.
Most of all I liked your developed music mind in overall performance: you have a good feeling of the music flow, phrasing and character. I know that your teacher Olga was teaching you a lot of music and it shows!
I am looking forward to see you at our Summer classes and next semesters.
I am going to send you a certificate and little present in a memory of your another great recital!
Sincerely,
Hellene Hiner, Professor of Herzen University (St Petersburg, Russia) - Developer of the Course 'Additional vocational training program and Interactive network technologies'. The author of 'Soft Way to Mozart computer based curriculum for teaching music and piano.
