Правильно ли Вы соединили инструмент и ноутбук/компьютер?
Какой у Вас инструмент? и какие выходы на задней панели: квадратный или 2 круглых?

Здравствуйте. Всё соединяли согласно инструкции. У нас электропианино Casio 130, прямоугольный разъем.

Вам нужно зайти на сайт производителя Вашего фортепиано и скачать драйвер для Вашей операционной системы.
Проверьте, отображается ли Ваше фортепиано в tuning разделе папки Софт Моцарт

Программа видит пианино с этим проблемы нет. Проблема в системной ошибке Access Violation после которой программа закрывается.
