I am now having the same problem. I am getting the message, "Protection Violation, crypto box not found". I looked through this forum post, I checked my time (it is correct). I have run the marx analyzer. Here is the attached report.

Oh, and my cryptobox does not have the red light on. I have tried all usb ports, also have tried reinstalling, nothing.
