Make sure the pictures are files accepted for attaching! Their extension should be ".jpg", ".jpeg", ".gif" or ".png". Bitmap files (".bmp") can not be attached here.
If you have a bitmap file but you do not know how to convert it to jpg: open the picture in a Picture editing software (like Microsoft Office Picture Manager) and choose File/Export and export as jpg.

If the extension of the file is not the cause, we must know to solve the problem as soon as possible.

It could be Firefox 'thing' too
On this browser pictures for some reason are not getting attached.
Maybe, another browser is a solution for now?
I will check with my web master, if he already fixed the problem
