Five Year Anniversary of Soft Mozart program in Tomsk
[/b]

I just had written the title of my message Five Year Anniversary of ‘Soft Mozart’ in Tomsk (Russia) and suddenly realized: in this title there’s a lot of information, but all of it is not about the subject at all.

I do not mean to say that five years anniversary is a short time. It is in fact quite the opposite! If the invention is just 11 years old, it is almost a half way!

And it’s not because of ‘Soft Mozart’ as it means my entire life to me and seeing this combination of words anywhere it’s like a mother seeing the name of her beloved only son.

And of caurse the matter is not about Tomsk, where I had never been before and never thought of visiting… till today.

Now I want very much to go there and give a hug and all of my appreciation to a very special person and a wonderful teacher: Lubov Yuseva.

Lubov, thank you very much for YOUR work, patience, wisdom, creativity and love for children. You mean a lot to me. I am not commenting your posts in forum very often. Did you notice? This is not because I am not paying attention to what you say! It’s just that you’re like a comrade in arms to me.

We are all here are in a fight for the same thing: for the better future of our children, a future with music education in it! We will bring this program to both hemispheres of each person on Earth and even grab a "bridge" between them (and of course, everybody knows that I am talking about the corpus callosum).

May you find more understanding in your life not just from your students, but from colleagues, officials and just merely adults. The most important is to remember that you are not alone. There are many of us! And we are all over the Globe. Pianists and theory teachers, educators, students and their parents – we speak different languages, but perfectly understand each other. Your posts are being read, your pictures are being seen and your videos had been watched by people from different countries. They adopt your experience and admire you.

It will be Soft Mozart in 10, 20 and 1000 years! You are not alone in Tomsk. You are just the FIRST. And when you are the first it is harder to walk, but everyone will follow your footsteps and this is the great honor.
