We are trying to play a song using gentle piano but it only plays the song for us. We pressed R but it wouldn't recognize that we were pressing the note on the keyboard. The laptop just sat and waited with the first note on the screen and wouldn't advance even though we pressed the note on the keyboard.
Is there a video on how to use the program?

Did you synchronize the communication between your piano and computer?
