Unable to Activate Softeware

I purchased Window 12 month Subscription, sent the mail with Site Code to ask for Site Key.
After I got Site Key, Open Gentle Piano, enter Site Key and I can enter Gentle Piano.
But when I clicked F, select/open an Album, it showed the messages related to "no authorization".
Then Gentle Piano got close. When I open Gentle Piano again, it asked me to enter Site Key with different Site Code.

Now the Site Key is not working anymore.
Now I can't use software and will site key still count?
Who can help me?
