All the other programs on our SM are working except for these two: Guess Key School & Treble Staff Puzzle. When I try to open it, it says, can't access specified device/path/file. You may not have permission to access item. How can this be fixed?
Thanks Andrea and Hellene, it's working now. After uninstalling and reinstalling again the SM software. And after reading the post about AVG, I uninstalled it too and changed to Avast. Now to get on wih the new curriculum. Thanks for the help and support.
