"Out of range" notice when opening the program

Whenever trying to open the "gentel piano", Friut lines school or other aplications, I get an "out of range" notice.
Though I can hear the program running, I'm not anle to see it - I get a black screen with the above mentioned notice.
Help please!

Lian, what version of the program do you have?
If you have current one (2_6 or 2_5), could you, please, run Marx Analyzer report?
