First time set up! was created by mayri3838
I just download the Soft Mozart software V. 2.5 today.After I installed it , it seems to be ok.. But when I click at the Program, I got the message Protection Error : CRYPRO - BOX not found or contains no valid data.

What does it mean?
Do I need a code or anything to make it run?

My computer is windows 7 64 ibt.

The little silver USB thing is the "box" , did you have it plugged in when you got this message?

I got the same problem. And the only way I was able to solve it is to keep CD and Flash drive always in the computer. If I pull out any of this I got this type of error. But someone else may be tell you another solution to this.

Oh! I didn't know that I have to plug in the USB thing because It didn't mention about it on the manual. I will try and tell you the result later. Thank you guys.

Oh yes the silver thing has to be plugged in everytime you want to use the program. If you get that message again it will be because your child has run away with it! Don't loose it it's the most important ( and expensive) bit!
Usually you don't need the disk in as well but I am thinking perhaps Bossa loaded it as a "run" rather than a "save" option and so her computer doesn't have the program in it's memory. Maybe anyway...
